Soulfire Chronicles accepts no responsibility for the actions of its members (such as self-harm, vandalism, suicided, homicide, genocide or drug abuse). Soulfire Chronicles will not be held responsible for and does not encourage the above actions or any other antisocial behavior.

Soulfire Chronicles reserves the right to issue bans and/or account deletion for rule infractions. Rule infractions and actions taken against accounts will be determined at the discretion of site staff.

Loans or transactions of in-game, or real currency, are between the players involved. Site staff take no responsibility for ensuring the completion of any loans or transactions and will not be responsible for the return of any currency.

Purchase of any in-game premium currency or subscriptions grants a license to use such game credit or subscription and does not constitute grant any ownership. Once in-game credits or subscriptions have been redeemed, refunds for their equivalent value can not be performed. Site staff are not responsible for loss of credits or subscription times for bans issued for violations of game rules or terms of service.

All legal disputes regarding Soulfire Chronicles will be handled according to Idaho & United States of America law and within the courts of the State of Idaho.
